For the development of the Program for combating the discrimination of LGBT persons, LIDER association will organize 6 day trainings that have as an objective the chance of getting to know the Romanians and the LGBT community from Romania.
During a training, the participants will learn things about Romania’s history, the Romanian traditions, but especially about the current situation of LGBT persons from Romania, the antidiscrimination legislation that exists at the moment in Romania and the legal ways of fighting discrimination.
